摘要
目的:分析“一站式”护理模式对急诊卒中患者救治效率及预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2021年12月于本院急诊科接受救治的80例脑卒中患者的临床资料,依据实施的急诊护理模式分为两组。其中2018年1月至2019年12月采取传统急诊护理模式的40例设为对照组,2020年1月至2021年12月启用“一站式”护理模式的40例设为观察组。对比两组NHISS(美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表)评分、Barthel指数、DRRT(入院-入抢救室时间)、DCT(入院-会诊时间)、DLECT(入院-实验室检查完成时间)、DCRT(入院-获取CT报告时间)、DNT(入院-给予静脉溶栓时间)、预后(存活、死亡)数值差异性。结果:观察组的DRRT、DCT、DLECT、DCRT、DNT短于对照组(P<0.05),预后以及护理后的NHISS评分、Barthel指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊脑卒中患者救治中“一站式”护理模式的应用可以显著提升其救治效率、改善神经功能、降低对家庭的依赖水平,预后更好。
Objective:To analyze the effect of“one-stop”nursing mode on the treatment efficiency and prognosis of emergency stroke patients.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 80 stroke patients who were treated in the emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021.They were divided into two groups according to the emergency care mode implemented.Among them,40 patients who adopted the traditional emergency nursing mode from January 2018 to December 2019 were set as the control group,and 40 patients who adopted the“one-stop”nursing mode from January 2020 to December 2021 were set as the observation group.The difference of NHISS(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)score,Barthel index,DRRT(admission to emergency room time),DCT(admission consultation time),DLECT(admission laboratory examination completion time),DCRT(admission to obtain CT report time),DNT(admission to give intravenous thrombolysis time)and prognosis(survival,death)between the two groups was compared.Results:The DRRT,DCT,DLECT,DCRT and DNT of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the prognosis,NHISS score and Barthel index after nursing were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of“one-stop”nursing model in emergency treatment of stroke patients can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,improve neurological function,reduce the dependence on family,and have a better prognosis.
