摘要
目的:手术室安全管理模式在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用效果分析。方法:选择2022年10月~2023年10月我院收治白内障手术患者82例为研究对象,根据入院时间完成分组处理,2022年10月~2023年4月入院的41例患者为对照组,2023年4月~2023年10月入院的41例患者为观察组,对照组接受常规手术室管理,观察组在对照组基础上加施手术室安全护理管理方案,比较两组管理前后效果差异。结果:观察组管理后眼高压、前房出血、角膜内皮水肿、视网膜脱落、晶体移位等并发症发生率与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),低体温发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);管理后观察组手术时间较对照组短,患者护理满意度评分、医师护理满意度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:手术室安全护理管理方案应用于白内障超声乳化手术患者手术干预中,不仅可改善角膜质量、视觉质量,还降低术中低体温发生机率及手术时间,提高医生及患者护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of operating room safety management mode in cataract phacoemulsification surgery.Method:82 cataract surgery patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Grouping was completed based on the admission time.41 patients admitted from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the control group,and 41 patients admitted from April 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine operating room management.The observation group added an operating room safety nursing management plan to the control group,and the difference in effectiveness between the two groups before and after management was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications such as ocular hypertension,anterior chamber bleeding,corneal endothelial edema,retinal detachment,and lens displacement between the observation group and the control group after management(P>0.05),while the incidence of hypothermia was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After management,the observation group had shorter surgical time compared to the control group,and both patient nursing satisfaction scores and physician nursing satisfaction scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the operating room safety nursing management plan in the surgical intervention of cataract phacoemulsification patients can not only improve corneal and visual quality,but also reduce the probability of intraoperative hypothermia and surgical time,improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing,and is worth promoting.
