摘要
为了研究专门针对双螺杆压缩机存在转子单向受力问题而开发的一种平衡式双螺杆压缩机工作腔内齿顶间隙对其内部流场特性的影响规律,运用SCORG软件构建一种可完全兼顾实际工作间隙的工作腔流体模型,并在进行高质量代数网格划分的前提下,基于CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)技术对三种不同尺寸齿顶间隙的平衡式双螺杆压缩机流体模型进行内部流场特性的精确数值分析,得到了流场压力分布、速度分布以及排气压力脉动随齿顶间隙的变化规律。为平衡式双螺杆压缩机间隙优化设计及工程应用提供重要理论支撑。
In order to study the influence of the tip clearance on the internal flow field characteristics of the balanced twin-screw compressor,which is specially developed for the problem of the one-way force of a rotor in the twin-screw compressor,the SCORG is used to construct a working chamber fluid model that take into account the actual work clearances,and on the premise of high-quality algebraic meshing,the accurate numerical analysis of the internal flow field characteristics for a fluid model of the balanced twin-screw compressor with three different tip clearances is carried out based on CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)technology.The variations of pressure distribution,velocity distribution,and discharge pressure pulsation with tip clearance are obtained,which provides important theoretical support for optimal design and engineering applications of balanced twin-screw compressors.
