摘要
基于螺杆压缩机热、动力学的理论研究,建立了螺杆压缩机工作过程中热力学、动力学计算的数学模型,并在螺杆压缩机工作过程指示图录取、压力脉动测试、转子轴向力测量、油分布的可视化等实验研究基础上,揭示了螺杆压缩机热、动力性能与转子型线等设计参数之间的内在规律,建立了完整的螺杆压缩机设计理论.在设计理论的指导下,开发了转子型线设计、刀具刃形设计、SC-CAD设计等技术和软件,与本行业知名企业合作开发系列产品,并实现大批量生产,使新产品广泛应用于制冷空调、空气动力和石油化工等领域,实现了我国螺杆压缩机产品的更新换代,推动了我国压缩机行业的技术进步和产业结构优化.
Following the theoretical research on working process of screw compressors, the mathematical models for simulation of the thermodynamic performance and dynamic characteristics of the screw compressor are proposed, which are experimentally verified by means of recording the indicator diagrams (p-V diagrams) with a small pressure sensor embedded in the female rotor, the measurement of pressure pulsation in the discharge chamber and the forces acting on the rotors, and the visualization experiment on oil distribution in the compressor. It indicates the relation between the performance and the design parameters of the screw compressor. Simultaneously, the key technology for screw compressor is developed including profile design method, the cutter design, the soft package of SCCAD. Up to now, more than 50 models of twin screw compressor products have been developed and mass manufactured to meet the requirement of refrigeration, aerodynamic and petrochemical industry.
