摘要
从深化"放管服"改革,优化涉密测绘成果审批流程,强化政务服务信息化出发,研究了西藏自治区涉密测绘成果申请审批业务流程和成果目录服务与审批系统架构,设计开发了系统功能,研究成果已在西藏自治区自然资源厅正式上线应用,实现了数据申请人"只跑一次腿、只进一道门"即可领取涉密测绘成果,有效推动了涉密测绘成果高效管理和社会化应用,提升了西藏自然资源厅测绘管理部门的服务水平和服务效率。
From deepening the reform of"streamline administration and decentralization,combine decentralization and management,and optimize services",optimizing the approval process of secret-related surveying and mapping results,and strengthening the informatization of government services,we studied the application approval process,results catalogue service and approval system architecture of secret surveying and mapping results in Tibet Autonomous Region.Then,we designed and developed the system functions.The research results have been officially applied in the Natural Resources Department of the Tibet Autonomous Region.The data applicants can receive secret surveying and mapping results easily,which can effectively promote the efficient management and social application of the secret surveying and mapping results,and improve the service level and service efficiency of the Tibet natural resource department’s surveying and mapping management department.
