摘要
测绘地理信息成果是城市建设与管理的基础空间数据重要载体。为进一步规范自然资源和规划系统内部测绘地理信息成果申请流程,提升成果服务效率,研发了一个测绘地理信息成果服务系统。该系统基于B/S架构,集成工作流引擎、空间数据库等关键技术,实现了测绘地理信息成果目录展示与查询、在线业务办理、综合查询统计、数据共享交换等功能。该系统已投入运行,实践表明它能有力促进测绘地理信息成果的共享,同时提升数据管理的信息化水平。
Surveying and mapping geo-information achievements are an important carrier of basic spatial data for urban construction and management.In order to further standardize the application process of the achievements within natural resources and planning system and improve the efficiency of achievements service,a surveying and mapping geo-information achievements service system has been developed.Based on the browser/server architecture,the system integrates some key technologies such as workflow engine and spatial database,and realizes the functions such as the display and query of catalogue,online business processing,comprehensive query and statistics,and data sharing and exchange for surveying and mapping geo-information achievements.The practical application of the system shows that it can effectively promote the sharing and application of surveying and mapping geo-information achievements,and improve the informatization level of data management.
