摘要
大学生基本素养是大学生学位获取的前提条件,是通过大学阶段的学习、训练和考核所获得的和被证明的能够支撑其知识创新和未来发展的知识、技能、态度及其他能力的总和,主要包括常规素养、沟通素养、数字素养和国际素养四个要素。在实现大学生基本素养的过程中,应加强教师教育和教学监控,应建立大学生学习记录卡,应对传统考核模式进行创新,以此实现一个科学化、系统化、规范化的培育体系。
Undergraduates'basic literacy is a prerequisite for undergraduates to obtain a degree.It is the sum of knowledge,skills,attitudes and other abilities that can support their knowledge innovation and future development through study,training and assessment at the university stage,which mainly includes four elements:conventional literacy,communication literacy,digital literacy and international literacy.In the process of realizing the basic literacy of undergraduates,teacher education and teaching monitoring should be strengthened,undergraduates'learning record cards should be established,and the traditional assessment mode should be innovated,so as to realize a scientific,systematic and standardized cultivation system.
