摘要
专业认同感(职业认同)是贯穿于职业生涯始终的最主观感受,大学生的专业认同感对其在校学习状况、就业选择以及职业发展前景都具有重要影响。本文通过采用Brown设计的"专业认同感问卷",从性别、年级以及实习经验等方面设定变量,对中国和韩国两所普通高校的理工科大学生进行问卷调查,以期探索出影响大学生专业认同感的因素,从而提高大学生的职业认同感,做好职业生涯规划。
Professional identity (professional identity) throughout college student career is the most subjective feeling which has important influence during student study state, job choosing and career prospects. Using the professional identity scale created by Brown, set a vary of gender, age and internship experience,taking a questionnaire for the college students of science and engineering of China and South Korea. In order to explore the influencing factors of college students' professional identity, so as to improve students' professional identity, career planning.
