摘要
绩效考核是医院经济管理的重要组成部分,而卓越绩效管理模式具有广泛适用性。本文简要阐述了卓越管理模式的定义,探讨了将卓越管理模式应用于医院绩效管理的必要性,实施方法与考核指标,临床成果等。
Performance appraisal is an important part of hospital management, performance excellence management model has wider applicability.This article briefly describes the definition of excellence management model,the necessity of the application of excellent management model to hospital performance management,implementation methods and evaluation indicators,clinical outcomes,etc.
