摘要 “工作坊”式教育是基于确定的主题,以公众参与为主要形式的实践教学,侧重体验和互动。目前,这种教育模式在国际范围内已得到广泛认可,而在国内医学生高等教育中仍在逐步开展,且工作坊主题内容主要与临床实践教学相关。近年来,高等教育现代化的趋势已从“精英教育”转向“大众教育”,高校医学生就业问题日趋明显。基于高校医学生专业特点和就业现状,着眼于高校就业指导教育,探讨“工作坊”式教育在医学生就业指导中的运用,并对这种教学模式的积极效果进行解析。 The“workshop”type education is based on a determined theme,a form of practical teaching with public participation as the main form,focusing on experience and interaction.At present,this educational model is widely recognized internationally,and it is still being gradually developed in the higher education of domestic medical students,and the theme of the workshop is mainly related to clinical practice teaching.In recent years,the trend of higher education modernization has shifted from“elite education”to“mass education”,and the employment problem of medical students in colleges and universities has become increasingly apparent.Based on the current professional characteristics and employment status of medical students in colleges and universities,this paper focuses on the employment guidance education in colleges and universities,discusses the application of“workshop”education in the guidance of employment for medical students,and analyzes the positive effects of this teaching mode.
