摘要
为推进运输结构调整,更好地发挥铁路在大宗物资运输、长距离运输中的骨干作用,对铁路运输结构调整的研究显得尤为重要。从我国货运市场,铁路运输结构调整工作情况及运输结构调整面临的主要问题3个方面论述我国货运市场现状,有针对地从加强组织协调和市场监测、推进基础设施配套升级、有效提升铁路货运服务质量、推进海铁联运及大宗货物公转铁、推进多式联运信息互联互通方面,提出铁路运输结构调整对策,为加快推动铁路运输结构调整提供支撑。
It is of great significance to carry out researches on the railway structural adjustment measures to promote the process of restructuring China’s transportation network and to give better play to the backbone role of the railway with shipping bulk materials and long-distance transportation.This paper studies the present situation of the freight market in China from three aspects:China’s freight market,the achievements,and major problems with China’s railway transportation restructuring efforts.This paper accordingly puts forward the strategies to advance the railway restructuring process,including strengthening coordination and market monitoring,promoting infrastructure upgrading,improving freight service quality,promoting sea-rail intermodal transportation,and shipping bulk goods by rail instead of the road,and enhancing information connectivity for intermodal transportation.
