摘要
面对互联网时代复杂医疗问题的治理需求,如何构建合作共治模式是当前面临的一个难题。本研究基于信任理论的视角,通过比较医疗服务供给的不同治理嵌入性(包括政府嵌入性、市场嵌入性和社会嵌入性),分析"互联网+医疗"对传统医疗模式的重塑。在此基础上提炼互联网时代医疗服务供给中基于信任的协同合作优化模式,包括:创新医院组织形式,实现"互联网+"医疗业务协同;推动"互联网+"医疗服务,回归市场化交易主体本质;授权社会资本合作办医,创新精准诊断和精准治疗。
Faced with the governance needs of complex medical problems in the Internet era,how to construct a cooperative and co-governing model is a difficult problem.Based on the perspective of trust theory,this paper compares different governance embeddedness of medical service supply,including government embeddedness,market embeddedness and social embeddedness,and analyzes the reshaping of traditional medical mode by"Internet+medical".On this basis,this paper refines the trust-based collaborative optimization model in the medical service supply in the Internet era,including innovating hospital organization forms and realization of"Internet+"medical business collaboration;promoting"Internet+"medical services and returning to the essence of market-oriented transaction entities;authorizing social capital to jointly run medical treatment and innovating accurate diagnosis and precise treatment,in order to provide the impetus for deepening the reform of the medical and health care systems.
