摘要
为提高护理质量,降低因沟通不良导致的不良事件的发生率,对心内科20名经培训的护士,采用个体化现况-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)沟通模式进行医护沟通管理。应用SBAR沟通模式后,危重患者护理质量每月均分由92分上升到98分,心血管不良事件发生率由28%降至13%,科室不安全事件发生率由20%降至5%;护士的团队合作感、职业价值感及安全文化感每个项目总均分及3个项目综合评分均高于应用SBAR沟通模式前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。认为结合科室特点的个体化SBAR沟通模式,能提高心内科危重患者的护理质量,降低心血管事件及不安全事件的发生率,提升护士的职业价值感,促进医护和谐团队的建立,最终达到保障患者健康安全的共同目标。
Objective To improve the quality of nursing care and reduce the incidence of adverse events due to poor communication. Methods The situation-baekground-assessment-recommendation(SBAR) communication mode was applied by 20 trained nurses in nurse-physician communication in the department of cardiology. Results After the application of SBAR communication mode,the monthly quality of nursing care for critically ill patients increased from 92 points to 98 points; the incidence of cardiovascular accidents decreased from 28% to 13%; the incidence of adverse events decreased from 20% to 5%. The scores of nurses' sense of team coopertion,occupational value and sense of safety culture were higher than before(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode can effectively improve the quality of nursing care for critically ill patients in the department of cardiology, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular accidents and adverse events,enhance nurses' occupational values and pro- mote the establishment of a harmonious health care team and medical safety cuhure.
