摘要
目的:对基层全科医生核心能力构成与价值发挥可行策略等进行归纳分析。方法:选取北京市、上海市、杭州市和常州市的全科医学培训基地、社区卫生服务中心等机构的人员进行访谈,采用主题框架分析资料。结果:基层全科医生需具备的核心能力包括临床医疗能力、公共卫生能力、沟通协调能力、团队工作能力、自我提升能力和全科职业素养;基层全科医生价值发挥面临的难题包括职能定位不清晰、培养模式科学性缺位、队伍与团队建设不健全等;新格局下基层全科医生核心价值的充分发挥需要改良教学培养模式、完善配套体制机制和加强社区卫生协作。结论:应明确全科医生的职能定位,加强全科医生综合能力培养;扩大全科医生队伍规模,完善全科医生团队配置;充分发挥全科医生协调职能,加强社区卫生协作。
OBJECTIVE To summarize and analyze the composition of core competence and feasible strategies of value exertion of primary general practitioners. METHODS General practice training bases and community health service centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Changzhou were interviewed, and the data were analyzed by thematic framework. RESULTS The core competencies of primary general practitioners includede clinical medical ability, public health ability, communication and coordination ability,team work ability, self-improvement ability and general practitioner professional quality. The problems faced by primary general practitioners included unclear functional orientation, lack of scientific training mode, imperfect construction, etc. To give full play to the core values of primary general practitioners under the new pattern, it needed to improve the teaching and training mode, improve the supporting system and mechanism, and strengthen community health cooperation. CONCLUSION The functional orientation of general practitioners should be clarified and the comprehensive ability training of general practitioners should be strengthened. The scale of the general practitioner team should be expanded and the configuration of the general practitioner team should be improved. Give full play to the coordination function of general practitioners and strengthen community health cooperation.
