轿车针刺非织造布外轮罩材料设计及吸声性能比较 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了轿车针刺非织造布外轮罩本体的6种材料设计方案,并对其吸声性能进行分析、比较,得出在外轮罩本体厚度一定的前提下,通过粗、中、细纤维搭配和适当增加面密度的方法,可较好地改善其吸声性能;对于多层次材料,结合层次间的纤维配方差异设计,组合形成梯度多孔吸声结构,能有效提升外轮罩本体的综合吸声性能。最后,对针刺非织造布外轮罩未来可能的发展趋势做出判断和预测。 Six material designs of needle punching nonwovens for car wheelhouse were introduced,and the sound absorption performances were analyzed and compared.It was concluded that on the premise of a cer⁃tain thickness of wheelhouse,the sound absorption performance could be better improved by means of mix⁃ing coarse,medium and fine fibers and increasing basic weight properly;for multi-layer materials,with dif⁃ferent fiber formula among layers combined,multi gradient porous sound absorption structure could be got,which could effectively improve the comprehensive sound absorption performance of wheelhousie.Finally,the possible development trend of car wheelhouse made of needle punching nonwovens in the future was judged and predicted.
