摘要
针对某制药厂两台氨制冷螺杆压缩机组噪声治理工程中的具体情况,采用隔声罩对其进行噪声治理, 阐述了隔声罩的设计要求和隔声原理,对材料的选择和布置、隔声罩的结构设计以及加隔声罩后设备的通风散热问题进行了细致的分析,在工程实际应用中取得了很好的降噪效果。
The practical conditions were considered carefully in the noise reduction project of the open screw compressors. The designing requirement and the noise reduction principle of noise isolation hoods were presented in this paper. The selection and the layout arrangement of the materials were based on sufficient calculation. Finally ventilation and heat dissipation of the equipment were also analyzed in the project. In the practice, a very satisfying result was gotten.
