摘要
木棉纤维具有薄壁和大中空的独特结构,其吸声性能良好。以木棉纤维为增强材料,EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)粉末为基体材料,采用热压法制备木棉纤维/EVA吸声复合材料。重点研究了木棉纤维/EVA复合材料的吸声系数与材料密度、热压温度、热压时间、木棉纤维质量分数、材料厚度和后空气层厚度的关系。结果表明,在材料密度0.101 g/cm^3、热压温度110℃、热压时间10 min、木棉质量分数40%、材料厚度2 cm、后空气层厚度4 cm时,木棉纤维/EVA吸声复合材料的平均吸声系数为0.46。该材料在低中高频都有优异的吸声性能,吸声频带较宽。
The kapok fiber with thin-wall and big hollow has good sound absorption performance.Using kapok fiber as reinforced material and EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer)powder as matrix material,kapok fiber/EVA sound absorption composite materials are prepared by hot pressing method.The relationships of material density,hot pressing temperature,hot pressing time,kapok fiber mass proportion,material thickness and thickness of back air layer with sound absorption coefficients are studied.The results show that the average absorption coefficient of the kapok fiber/EVA composite materials is 0.46 and the kapok fiber/EVA composite materials are the efficient absorption materials under the conditions such as 0.101 g/cm^3 of material density,110℃hot pressing temperature,10 min hot pressing time,40%kapok fiber mass proportion,2 cm material thickness,and 4 cm thickness of back air layer.The kapok fiber/EVA composite materials have good sound absorption performance in low,medium and high frequency,and the sound absorption frequency band is very wide.
