摘要
探讨纺织材料的吸声性能。研究了不同状态下纤维的吸声效果,包括不同噪声源、不同体积质量及厚度对纺织材料吸声性能的影响,对比了纤维、纱线及织物的吸声性能,最后初步探讨了纤维与其他材料复合时的吸声效果。指出:纤维和纱线的吸声效果相近,且均优于机织物;在体积质量一定的情况下,随着厚度的增加,纺织材料吸声效果呈增加趋势;在厚度一定的情况下,随着体积质量的增加,纺织材料吸声效果增强,达一定体积质量时趋于稳定;同一材料对不同声源的吸声效果不同;纤维材料与泡沫材料复合后吸声效果有显著提高。认为与其他适宜的材料复合有助于提高纺织材料的吸声效果。
The sound absorption property of textile material was discussed. The sound absorption effect of fibers at different status was studied including the influences of different sound source;different volume mass and thickness to sound absorption property of textile material. The sound absorption properties of fibers, yarn, and fabric were compared. In the end, the sound absorption effect of fiber composited with other materials was prelim- inarily discussed. It is pointed out that the sound absorption property of fiber and yarn were close and better than woven fabric. Under the condition of certain volume mass, the sound absorption effect shows an increase trend as the increase of thickness. Under the condition of certain thickness, the sound absorption effect of textile materials is strengthened and turns to stable as the increase of volume mass and reaching a certain amount. Same material has different sound absorption effect for different sound source. The sound absorption property of fiber material composited with foam material is obviously improved. It is considered that the sound absorption property is easily to be improved by compositing with suitable materials.
