棉中空锦纶长丝包芯纱织物吸声性能研究

摘要 研究棉中空锦纶长丝包芯纱织物吸声性能。以棉中空锦纶长丝包芯纱设计制备了7种织物,测试纱线捻系数、织物组织、织物经纬密以及复合聚氨酯薄膜对织物吸声性能的影响。研究结果表明:棉中空锦纶长丝包芯纱制取的织物吸声性能均优于纯棉织物;适度增加织物经纬密,有助于提高织物的吸声性能;随所用包芯纱捻系数的增加,织物吸声性能下降;对织物进行聚氨酯薄膜复合后,织物吸声性能更优。认为:制备的织物可在吸声材料领域应用。 The sound absorption property of cotton hollow polyamide filament corn spun yarn fabric was studied.Seven kinds of fabrics were produced with cotton hollow polyamide filament corn spun yarn.The effect of yarn twist factor,fabric texture,fabric warp weft density and composite polyurethane film on fabric sound absorption property was tested.The test results showed that the sound absorption property of cotton hollow polyamide filament corn spun yarn fabric was better than that of pure cotton fabric.Increasing the warp and weft density reasonably was beneficial to increase fabric sound absorption property.As the increase of twist factor for corn spun yarn,the sound absorption property was decreased.After compositing polyurethane film,the sound absorption property was better.It is considered that the fabric prepared can be applied in the field of sound absorption material.
