废弃茶叶阻燃吸声复合材料的制备及性能分析 被引量:1

Fabrication of sound-absorbing and flame retarded composite based on discarded tea and its properties

摘要 利用废弃茶叶为增强材料,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为基体材料,聚磷酸铵(APP)为阻燃剂,通过热压法制备阻燃型废弃茶叶增强EVA吸声复合材料。以废弃茶叶质量分数、热压压力、热压温度、材料密度、材料厚度为工艺参数,通过单因素试验,以吸声性能为主,阻燃性能为辅,优化最优工艺条件为:废弃茶叶质量分数50%、热压压力10 MPa、热压时间20 min、热压温度130℃、材料密度0.7643 g/cm^3和材料厚度15 mm。此工艺条件下制得的废弃茶叶/EVA吸声复合材料的最大吸声系数可达0.63,降噪系数可达0.365,平均吸声系数达0.353,极限氧指数32.64%,说明废弃茶叶/EVA吸声复合材料具有优异的吸声性能和阻燃性能。 Sound-absorbing and flame retarded composites are fabricated by hot pressing method with the discarded tea as reinforcing material,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)as matrix material and ammonium polyphosphate(APP)as flame retardant.With the mass fraction,hot pressing pressure,hot pressing temperature,material density and material thickness of the discarded tea as the process parameters,the optimal process conditions are obtained via single-factor tests based on the sound absorption performance and the flame retardant performance:discarded tea mass fraction 50%,hot pressing pressure 10 MPa,hot pressing time 20 min,hot pressing temperature 130℃,the material density 0.7643 g/cm^3,and the material thickness 15 mm.And the prepared discarded tea/EVA sound absorbing composite features excellent sound absorption performance and flame retardant properties with maximum sound absorption coefficient of 0.63,noise reduction coefficient of 0.365,the average sound absorption coefficient of 0.353 and the limiting oxygen index of 32.64%.
