重大疫情背景下中小学班主任作用发挥的调查研究 被引量:5

A Survey Study on Roles of Headteachers in Primary and Secondary Schools During the Period of Major Epidemic

摘要 中小学班主任是我国教育系统中防控新冠肺炎疫情的重要力量。本研究在新冠肺炎疫情持续爆发期间对全国范围内的班主任、家长及学生进行了随机抽样调查,以期了解此次疫情期间班主任在思想政治教育、疫情防控、网络教学管理、家校沟通四项工作中的作用发挥情况。研究结果表明,班主任思想政治工作总体向好,但部分班主任仍存在对岗位作用发挥认识不够明确、疫情防控工作缺乏温度、网络教学管理不太适应、家校沟通指导不够充分等问题,且班主任的性别、教龄、学历、所处学校位置和区域等因素对其作用发挥具有显著影响。基于此,本研究对班主任各项工作情况进行了深入探讨,并有针对性地提出了对策建议。 Headteachers in primary and secondary schools are important force to block the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)in China’s education system.This study conducted a random sample survey of headteachers,parents and students nationwide,in order to investigate roles of headteachers in ideological and political education,epidemic prevention and control,teaching management,and home-school communication during the epidemic.The results exhibited that the headteachers’ideological and political work were generally good,but some headteachers still had some other problems such as insufficient understanding of the roles of their working positions,lack of warmth in epidemic prevention and control work,inadequate online teaching supervision,and family education guidance.In addition,headteachers’genders,teaching ages,academic degrees,school locations and school areas had significant effects on their functioning.This study conducted an indepth discussion on the results and proposed detailed countermeasures and suggestions specifically.
