摘要
目的探讨体育锻炼对中学生自我和谐、心理健康的影响,为提高中学生心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用"身体锻炼等级量表"、"中国中学生心理健康量表"、"自我和谐量表",对分层整群抽取的河南省532名中学生进行调查。结果有28%~54%的中学生存在不同方面的轻度心理问题;不同性别、不同年级学生体育锻炼等级差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);体育锻炼评分与强迫、抑郁评分呈显著负相关(P值均<0.05);自我和谐与心理健康总分及各因子均呈显著正相关(P值均<0.01),自我与经验不和谐进入对心理健康总分的回归方程。结论体育锻炼对中学生心理健康、心理和谐有促进作用。中等锻炼量和较长的锻炼时间有利中学生的心理健康和心理和谐。
Objective To explore the effect of physical exercise on self harmonious and mental health,and to provide reference for improving mental health.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 532 middle school students by using sport exercise level scale,Mental Health Inventory for China Middle School Student and Self Harmony Inventory.Results About 28%-54% of the middle school students had the sign of mental health problems with varied degrees;significant difference existed among students of different sex and grades(P&lt;0.05);there was negative correlation between sport exercise and mental health and significant negative correlation for compulsion and depression;negative correlation existed between exercise level and the factors of self harmony;experience disharmony factors appear in the regressive equation of the total score of mental health.Conclusion Physical exercise on the middle school students’ mental health,psychological harmony have promote role.Moderate exercise and longer time exercise have advantages to the middle school students mental health and mental harmony.
