摘要
高校二级学院科研管理组织是落实上级主管部门指导本单位科研发展和服务教师个体的重要所在,其管理水平和服务能力对二级学院和教师的科研发展有极为重要的影响。结合实践,从科研管理的理念、内容、手段等方面加以阐述,探索提升研究型高校二级学院科研管理和科研发展的路径。
The scientific research management organization of secondary colleges in universities plays an important role in the implementation of the scientific research development under higher authorities'guidance and the work of serving teachers.The management level and service capabilities have an extremely important impact on the research development of secondary colleges and teachers.Based on the analysis of practice,this article expounds from the aspects of the concept,content and means of scientific research management,and explores ways to improve it as well as the scientific research development of secondary colleges in research universities.
