摘要
教育是国家兴盛、民族复兴之本。“一带一路”建设中,教育发挥了基础性、先导性和引领性作用。文章运用CiteSpace软件,对2013—2019年教育学类CSSCI期刊文献进行可视化分析发现:“一带一路”研究的学术关注度较高,学术传播度较快;在“一带一路”建设背景下,教育交流与合作在国家战略导向下机遇与挑战并存;教育的国际化契合了高等教育强国和“双一流”建设的时代诉求;留学生教育呈现出传统效能发挥与新时代使命交叉融合之势;兼具国际水平和民族属性的高层次人才培养供需失衡危机凸显;职业教育的现实诉求之需和客观供给之力差距显著。通过热点分析,展望“一带一路”研究的未来走向,即:教育系统将在“一带一路”倡议的指导下,进一步加快教育对外开放的进程;在“一带一路”的建设进程中,将更加注重发挥教育在有效弥合多元文化差异方面的突出效能;在“一带一路”教育行动中,中国高等教育应加强落实立德树人的根本任务,培养兼具国际水平和民族属性的时代新人。
Education is the foundation of the country’s prosperity and national rejuvenation. In the construction of the "The Belt and Road", education has played a fundamental, leading and leading role. Using Cite Space software, the visual analysis of the CSSCI journals of education in 2013-2019 found that the "The Belt and Road" study has higher academic attention and faster academic communication. Under the background of "The Belt and Road", education exchange and cooperation opportunities and challenges coexist under the guidance of national strategy;the internationalization of education fits the era of higher education and "double first-class" construction;the education of international students shows the combination of traditional performance and the mission of the new era;The crisis of supply and demand imbalance is highlighted by the high-level talents of national nature;the gap between the demand for realistic education and the objective supply is significant. Promoting the construction of the "The Belt and Road" is one of the basic missions of education. Through the analysis of hotspots, we look forward to the future direction of the "The Belt and Road" study: the education system will further accelerate the process of education opening up under the concept of "The Belt and Road" initiative;in the process of "The Belt and Road", we will pay more attention to the development of education. Effectively bridge the outstanding effectiveness of multicultural differences;in the "The Belt and Road"education, China’s higher education should strengthen the implementation of the fundamental tasks of Lide Shuren and cultivate newcomers of the times who have both international and national attributes.
