摘要
近年来教育体制改革步伐逐渐推进,高等职业教育属于我国教育体系中的重要一环,也得到了很快的发展。高等职业教育不但是专业型技术人才培养的摇篮,也是促进我国社会经济发展的重要助力。随着产业转型升级的逐渐深化,面对经济结构的深刻变化,高职院校必须尽快创新人才培养模式,坚持与时俱进,为社会输送更多新时代需要的人才。该文分析了产业转型升级对高职教育人才培养带来的影响;现阶段高职教育人才培养现状,探讨了产业转型升级背景下高职院校如何创新与改革人才培养模式。
In recent years,the pace of educational system reform has been advancing gradually.Higher Vocational Education is an important part of our educational system,and it has also developed rapidly.Higher Vocational Education is not only the cradle of professional technical personnel training,but also an important impetus to promote the social and economic development in China.With the gradual deepening of industrial transformation and upgrading,facing the profound changes of economic structure,higher vocational colleges must innovate the training mode of talents as soon as possible,persist in keeping pace with the times,and send more talents needed by the new era to the society.This paper analyzes the influence of industrial transformation and upgrading on the talent cultivation of higher vocational education,and probes into how to innovate and reform the talent cultivation mode of higher vocational colleges under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading.
