摘要
国家管网公司的成立标志着中国天然气市场化改革进入新的历史阶段,将给城市燃气行业的发展带来机遇和挑战。国家管网公司成立后,有利于城市燃气行业拓宽资源采购渠道、参与国家长输管道的投资和建设、加速市场化改革,但也会改变城燃企业的传统运营方式、经营理念,并倒逼企业进一步深化改革、加强全产业链合作以及加快转型的步伐。城市燃气行业应该结合行业发展现状,充分利用国家管网公司成立带来的机遇,并积极做好应对挑战的各项准备,努力实现行业高质量发展。
The establishment of National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipe Network Group marks that the marketoriented reform of natural gas in China has entered a new historical stage,which will bring opportunities and challenges to the development of municipal gas industry.On the one hand,it is conducive for the municipal gas industry to expand resource procurement channels,participate in the investment and construction of national long term transportation pipelines,and accelerate the market-oriented reform.On the other hand,it will also change the traditional operation mode and business idea of municipal gas enterprises,and force them to further deepen the reform,strengthen the cooperation of the whole industrial chain and accelerate the pace of transformation.The municipal gas industry should combine with the current development status of the industry,make full use of the opportunities brought by the foundation of National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipe Network Group,and actively prepare for the challenges to achieve high-quality development of the industry.
