摘要
通过金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、EDS能谱仪等试验设备,详细分析了X7Ni9钢超声探伤不合的原因。分析结果表明,X7Ni9钢板内部没有明显的裂纹缺陷,钢板厚度1/4位置处呈条带状偏聚分布的断续夹杂物是造成X7Ni9钢板探伤不合格的直接原因,主要成分为A1_(2)O_(3)-MgO-CaO、MnS等。优化生产工艺后,X7Ni9钢探伤合格率由95.1%提高至99.1%。
By means of these testing equipment such as metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,EDS,the causes leading to the disqualification of the X7Ni9 steel were analyzed by ultrasonic flaw detection.The analysis results showed that there were no obvious crack defects in the X7Ni9 steel plate,while the discontinuous inclusions with strip-like segregation distribution at the position of the one-quarter thickness of the steel plate were the immediate cause leading to the disqualification of the X7Ni9 steel plate by flaw detection.In terms of the inclusions,the key compositions in the inclusions were A1_(2)O_(3)-MgO-CaO and MnS.After optimizing the production process,the pass rate of the X7Ni9 steel was increased from 95.1%to 99.1%.
