摘要
高质量发展是新时代高等教育包括法学教育的第一位工作。中南财经政法大学对如何保障新时代法学教育的高质量发展总结了四项原则:一是坚持以法学人才培养为中心,尤其是以法学本科人才培养为中心;二是坚持立德树人,德法兼修;三是坚持"四为服务"导向,服务治国理政;四是坚持以对标为主的质量文化建设。坚持上述四项原则能够有力保障法学教育高质量发展。
High-quality development is the primary task of higher education,which also includes legal education in the New Era.In guaranteeing the high-quality development of legal education in the New Era,Zhongnan University of Economics and Law has summarized four principles of guaranteeing the high-quality development:First,adhering to the cultivation of legal talent as the center,especially the undergraduate legal talent;Second,adhering to promoting both virtue and law as the fundamental principle in legal education and emphasizing the significance of both virtue and law;Third,adhering to the“Four Serving Principle”orientation and serving for the country and national governance;Fourth,adhering to the quality construction of culture and adhering to the practice of the“Four Serving Principle”to guaranteeing the high-quality development of legal education.
