摘要
高校的学历教育是培养知识产权人才的主要途径,但是当前高校由于知识产权课程设置和教学模式方面的原因,致使培养的人才实务能力不强,与社会需求脱节,不能适应企业激烈的知识产权竞争环境,也无法培养出知识产权新时代渴求的高层次和实务型知识产权人才。为此应在高校知识产权专业增加实务课程,并初步探讨在移动网络平台的背景下对知识产权人才实务能力培养的翻转-对分课堂教学新模式。
University degree-programs dominate the intellectual property talent cultivation.But limitations in curricular designs and teaching modes result in deficiencies of intellectual property talents,such as inadequate practical ability,disconnection with social needs,and poor adaptation to the fierce entrepreneur competition regarding intellectual property.Urgently-needed high-level and practical intellectual property talents have not been well cultivated in this intellectual property era.In order to tackle these problems,it is imperative to add practical courses for university intellectual property majors.A new teaching mode in the Internet era,Flipped Classroom Model PAD is introduced and discussed,which is expected to facilitate the cultivation of intellectual practical property talents with ability.
