摘要
为了研究流动人口的健康状况及其影响因素的重要程度,对流动人口的健康问题有宏观的了解,采用2017年全国流动人口卫生计生动态监测调查数据,选取社会公共服务因素和个体因素,引入地区分层变量,构建多水平Logistic模型对流动人口的健康进行分析,并基于随机森林模型对影响因素进行重要性度量。研究显示全国流动人口的健康率较高,其中受教育程度与月收入跟健康状况有正的趋势性,年龄、流入时间、月支出对健康状况呈现负的趋势性。在流动人口健康影响因素重要性度量中排名前五的因素分别为月支出、同住家庭人数、流入时间、月收入、年龄,后三位的因素为社区类型、是否参加过医保、婚姻状况,个人因素的重要程度明显高于社会公共服务因素。
The purpose of this paper is to study the health status of migrants and the importance of their influencing factors,and to have a macro-level understanding of the health issues of the floating population.This paper constructs a multi-level Logistic model to analyze the health of the floating population,and uses the random forest model to measure the importance of the health influencing factors with using the data of the dynamic monitoring data of the floating popu⁃lation in 2017 and selecting the social public service factors and individual factors and introducing regional stratifica⁃tion variables.Our research shows that the health rate of the floating population is relatively high in the country.Among the factors,education level,monthly income and health status have a positive trend,while age,inflow time,and monthly expenditure have a negative trend on health status.The top five factors in the importance measure are monthly expenditure,number of cohabiting families,inflow time,monthly income,and age.The last three factors are type of community,whether they have participated in medical insurance,and marital status.Individual factors are significant⁃ly more important than social public service factors.
