摘要
分别基于静态与动态维度,采用SBM-Undesirable模型和Malmquist-Luenberger指数对2012-2017年山东省17个城市的工业生态效率进行测算与分析,实证结果表明:研究期间,山东省各城市生态效率值较低且存在较大差距,四大地区生态效率呈“U”字型分布,且效率值鲁东>鲁西北>鲁西南>鲁中。山东省工业生态效率的ML指数呈“N”型变动,且数值均小于1,各城市工业生态动态效率整体处于下降态势,工业生态效率的提升主要来自于技术效率提升,技术进步是制约山东省工业生态效率提升的关键因素。研究结果可为山东省工业经济发展决策提供参考。
On the basis of SBM-Undesirable model and Malmquist-Luenberger index,the industrial ecological efficiency of 17 cities in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2017 was calculated and analyzed from static and dynamic dimension respectively.The empirical results show that the ecological efficiency of each city in Shandong Province is low and there is a big gap during the study period.The ecological efficiency of the four regions is U-shaped with the distribution of East Shandong>Northwest Shandong>Southwest Shandong>Central Shandong.The ML index of industrial ecological efficiency in shandong province changes in the“N”type,and the value is all less than 1.The dynamic efficiency of industrial ecology in all cities is in a declining trend.The improvement of industrial ecological efficiency mainly comes from the improvement of technological efficiency,and technological progress is the key factor restricting the improvement of industrial ecological efficiency in Shandong province.The research results can provide reference for the decision-making of industrial economic development in Shandong Province.
