摘要
绿色经济发展的关键在于提高绿色经济效率。文章基于熵权法构建环境污染综合指数,测算得到绿色GDP指数作为非期望产出指标,采用非径向、非角度的超效率SBM模型测度了2000—2016年长江经济带各省(市)的绿色经济效率水平,并从时间和空间维度进行了比较分析,最后运用面板模型对绿色经济发展的影响因素进行了分析。研究发现:长江经济带整体绿色经济效率水平稳定在0.826左右,上、中、下游地区绿色经济效率水平呈依次递增态势,且绿色经济效率与经济发展水平之间呈倒"U"型曲线关系,经济发展水平对绿色经济效率的影响强度在逐渐减弱,对外开放、城市化、能源强度和环境规制等因素对绿色经济发展的影响各异,上、中、下游地区及各省(市)之间发展情况存在显著地区差异。
The key to the development of green economy is to improve the efficiency of green economy.Based on entropy weight method,this paper constructs a comprehensive index of environmental pollution,calculates and obtains the green GDP index as an undesired output index,and uses a non radial and non angular super efficiency SBM model to measure the green economic efficiency level of the provinces (cities)of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2000-2016years,and compares the time and space dimensions.Finally,we use panel model to analyze the factors that influence the development of green economy.It is found that the overall green economic efficiency level of the Yangtze Economic Belt is stable at about 0.826during the sample study.The green economic efficiency in the upper,middle and lower regions is increasing in turn,and the relationship between the green economic efficiency and the.economic development level is an inverted "U"curve,and the economic development level is to the green economic efficiency.The influence intensity is gradually weakening.The influence of opening,urbanization,energy intensity and environmental regulation on green economic development is different.There are significant regional differences between the upper,middle and lower reaches and the provinces (cities).
