摘要
目的探讨巳时未时电针对脑梗死恢复期患者的疗效及神经功能缺损的影响。方法选取2018年3月-2019年3月我院门诊就诊的已确诊脑梗死恢复期患者共84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。对照组予以阿司匹林肠溶片100 mg每次口服治疗,每日1次;辛伐他汀片10 mg每次口服,每日1次,2种药物均于早餐后半小时内服用。治疗组在对照组的基础上,给予巳时未时电针,选穴:合谷、内关、曲池、太溪、足三里、丰隆、三阴交。2组均治疗3个月。治疗结束后,比较治疗前后2组患者临床疗效及NIHSS评分、Bathel指数、安全性。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率95.24%高于对照组患者总有效率为69.04%,P<0.05。治疗后与对照组相比,试验组NIHSS评分较低,Barthel评分较高(P<0.05)。结论巳时未时电针对脑梗死恢复期患者的临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者神经功能缺损情况,安全性较好。
Objective To investigate the effect of 9-11 Am and 1-3 Pm electroacupuncture on cerebral thrombosis and neurological impairment.Methods 84 patients with cerebral thrombosis diagnosed in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg each time,once a day;simvastatin tablets 10 mg each time,once a day,both drugs were taken within half an hour after breakfast,and the treatment group received more with 9-11 Am and 1-3 Pm electroacupuncture,and selected acupoints:Hegu(LI4),Neiguan(PC6),Quchi(LI11),Taixi(KI3),Zusanli(ST36),Fenglong(ST40)and Sanyinjiao(SP6).Both groups were treated for 3 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,Bathel index and safety of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of the control group(69.04%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower and the Barthel score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The 9-11 Am and 1-3 Pm electroacupuncture has a significant clinical effect on cerebral thrombosis,and can effectively improve the neurological deficits of patients with better safety.
