摘要
目的研究丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的治疗作用及对血清血管抑制因子[vasostatin-2(VS-2)]、可溶性细胞间黏附分子(s ICAM-1)水平的影响。方法将86例ACI患者随机分为2组,对照组43例给予常规治疗,治疗组43例给予常规治疗加丹参川芎嗪注射液。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法分别于入院后第1 d,治疗后第3 d、第7 d、第14 d测定VS-2、s ICAM-1水平,同时应用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)标准对2组患者神经功能缺损程度进行评分。结果与对照组比较,治疗组第3 d、第7 d、第14 d血清VS-2水平升高显著(P<0.05),血清s ICAM-1水平明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组NIHSS评分比较,治疗后第14 d下降显著(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液对ACI患者的治疗效果可能与血清VS-2水平升高和s ICAM-1水平降低的作用有关。
Objective To study therapeutic effects of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and effect on serum levels of vasostatin -2 (VS -2) and soluble intercelluar adhesion molecule - 1 ( sICAM - 1 ). Methods 86 cases of patients with ACI were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 43 cases in each one, patients in control group were administered with routine therapy, patients in the treatment group were administered with routine therapy and salviae miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injiection. With enzyme - linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA), the levels of VS -2 and sICAM -1 were detected on the first day, third day, seventh day and fourteenth day after treatment, at the same time, the neural function scores in two groups of patients were evaluated with American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Results Compared with the control group, the levels of VS - 2 in treatment group increased significantly on the third day, seventh week, and fourteenth.day after treatment, the difference had statistical significance(P 〈 0.05), besides, the levels of serum sICAM - 1 in treatment group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). After treatment, Compared with the control group, the NIHSS scores in treatment group significantly decreased on the fourteenth day, the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection has therapeutic effect on nerve function defect of patients with ACI, which may be related with the increasing of serum VS - 2 level and the decreasing of sICAM - 1 level.
