摘要
目的探讨基于问题导向的综合护理管理对体检中心护理质量及风险事件的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月在山东大学齐鲁医院健康管理中心进行体检的162人为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组,各81人。对照组进行常规护理管理,干预组进行基于问题导向的综合护理管理。采用问卷调查的方式了解并比较两组研究对象对该次体检的体检效果(体检效率、可信度、受检时间)、护理工作人员作用(服务礼仪、服务意识、沟通能力、健康教育)及满意度(服务态度、体检环境、文明用语、解决问题、健康教育)情况。结果干预组和对照组对体检效率的评分分别是(8.23±0.71)分和(7.01±0.52)分,对体检可信度的评分分别是(8.71±0.69)分和(6.23±0.54)分,干预组大于对照组;干预组和对照组的受检时间分别是(62.23±21.47)min和(84.21±29.78)min,干预组短于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预组在服务礼仪、服务意识、沟通能力及健康教育四项护理作用方面的评分均明显高于对照组。干预组对服务态度、体检环境、文明用语、解决问题、健康教育满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且干预组和对照组对本次体检的总体满意度分别为95.06%和79.01%,干预组优于对照组(χ^2=9.246,P=0.002)。干预组的风险事件发生率为2.47%,对照组的风险事件发生率为9.88%,干预组低于对照组(χ^2=4.074,P=0.044)。结论基于问题导向的综合护理管理有利于提高体检人员的体检效果,并提高其对护理工作人员护理作用的认可度,有效降低风险事件的发生率,提升患者体验并提高其对体检护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of problem-oriented comprehensive nursing management on the quality of care and risk events in physical examination centers.Methods A total of 162 subjects who underwent physical examination in the health management center from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 81 subjects in each.The control group received routine nursing management,and the intervention group received comprehensive nursing management based on problem orientation.Questionnaire survey was conducted to understand and compare the physical examination results of the two groups of subjects(physical examination efficiency,credibility,time of examination),role of nursing staff(service etiquette,service awareness,communication ability,health education)and satisfaction(service attitude,medical examination environment,civilized language,problem solving,health education).Results The scores of physical examination efficiency in the intervention group and the control group were(8.23±0.71)and(7.01±0.52)respectively,and the scores of physical examination reliability were(8.71±0.69)and(6.23±0.54)respectively,indicating that the intervention group was larger than the control group.The testing time of the intervention group and the control group was(62.23±21.47)min and(84.21±29.78)min,respectively.The test time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service etiquette,service consciousness,communication ability and health education in the intervention group were significantly higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention group's satisfaction with service,physical examination environment,civilized language,problem solving and health education was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The
