摘要
目的探讨应用微信平台的健康教育在PCI围手术期患者的应用效果。方法选取某三甲医院心血管内科行PCI术患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者接受常规的健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上应用微信平台进行健康教育。比较两组患者对健康教育知识的知晓率、患者的健康教育满意度及躯体化症状评分。结果观察组患者对健康教育知晓率和健康宣教的满意度均高于对照组,观察组患者躯体化症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微信平台健康教育可提高PCI患者对围手术期相关知识的知晓率与满意度,改善患者躯体化症状,提高PCI术患者治疗的依从性。同时提高护士健康教育工作的效率,达到宣教的同质化效果。
Objective Toinvestigate the effect of health education using WeChat platform in patients in the perioperative periodofpercutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).methods A total of 100 patients who underwentPCI in Department of Cardiology in a grade A tertiary hospital were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group using a random number table,with 50 patients ineach group.The patients in the control group received routine health education,and those in the observation group received health education using WeChat platform in addition to the routine health education in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of awareness rate of health knowledge,degree of satisfaction with health education,and somatization symptom score.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher awareness rate of health knowledgeand degree of satisfaction with health education and a significantly lower somatization symptom score(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients in the perioperative period of PCI,health education usingWeChat platform can improve their awareness rate of related health knowledge,degree of satisfaction with such health education,somatization symptoms,and treatment compliance.It can also improve the efficiency of health education among nurses and thus reach the goal of homogeneous education.
