摘要
目的评估护理标识在体检中心护理管理中的应用效果及对管理质量的影响。方法将2021年1—6月未采用护理标识时的10名体检中心导检护士、50名体检者纳入对照组,将2021年7—12月采用护理标识时的10名体检中心导检护士、50名体检者纳入观察组,评价两组Maslach职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)评分、管理质量、风险事件发生率、体检完成效率、服务满意程度。结果干预前,两组MBI-GS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组MBI-GS评分更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组服务意识(8.74±0.72)分、健康教育(8.22±1.29)分、服务礼仪(8.98±0.51)分、沟通能力(8.92±0.47)分均高于对照组(7.80±1.03)分、(6.49±1.38)分、(7.63±1.13)分、(7.88±0.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在风险事件发生率方面,观察组(2.00%)低于对照组(14.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体检完成效率(≤2 h)、服务满意程度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体检中心护理管理中采用护理标识,能够减轻护士职业倦怠感,减少风险事件,提高管理质量及体检完成效率,赢得体检者认可,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of nursing signs in the nursing management of physical examination centers and its impact on the quality of management.Methods From January to June 2021,10 nurses and 50 medical examiners in the medical examination center who did not use the nursing logo were included in the control group.From July to December 2021,10 nurses and 50 medical examiners in the medical examination center when the nursing logo was adopted were included in the observation group.The Maslach Burnout Scale(MBI-GS)score,management quality,risk event rate,completion efficiency of medical examination,and service satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the MBI-GS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the MBI-GS score of the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service awareness(8.74±0.72)points,health education(8.22±1.29)points,service etiquette(8.98±0.51)points and communication ability(8.92±0.47)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(7.80±1.03)points,(6.49±1.38)points,(7.63±1.13)points,(7.88±0.92)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events in the observation group(2.00%)was lower than that in the control group(14.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the completion efficiency of physical examination(≤2 h)and service satisfaction in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing logos in the nursing management of physical examination centers can reduce nurses'job burnout,reduce risk events,improve the quality of management and the efficiency of physical examination completion,and win the recognition of medical examiners,which is worthy of promotion.
