摘要
基于目前护理本科生课程管理中存在着一些问题,借鉴质量管理中PDCA循环理论,构建课程过程管理的PDCA—即策划(Plan)、实施(Do)、检查(Check)及改进(Action),以提高护理本科生课程质量为目标,从课程建设、教学管理与教学改革等多个环节进行科学设计,并就如何构建护理本科生课程的过程管理机制提出相应的对策和建议,对华北理工大学护理学院实施此管理模式的举措及成效进行展示。
Based on some problems in the current course management of undergraduate nursing and the PDCA cycle theory in quality management,we built PDCA for course process management-Plan,Do,Check,and Action.In order to improve the quality of the undergraduate course of nursing,the scientific design was carried out from the aspects of curriculum construction,teaching management and teaching reform.It also put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to construct process management mechanism of nursing undergraduate course,and showed the measures and results of implementing this management model in Nursing College of North China Polytechnic University.
