摘要
作者根据目前高职智能类专业毕业设计的现状,从教师、学生、学校层面分析毕业设计选题陈旧,缺乏创新和实用性的原因,以及针对毕业设计缺乏有效的过程管理和毕业设计的考核评价单一、奖罚机制不健全等问题,提出了一些针对性改革意见。在毕业设计选题方面,通过深化产教融合,把毕业设计的选题时间定在学生工学交替、产教融合实施过程中。选题内容是从实际工作中提炼、分析、挖掘出来的有价值的问题,并且这些问题经过一段时间的攻关,可以解决并能产生具体结果。在规范毕业设计的过程管理方面,提出对开题报告和线上线下的过程管理机制。在毕业设计考核评价方面实现分层,并规定不同层次间的考核标准要有可比较性。考核等级要有比例规定,过程管理也要有达标性规定,针对这些方面实奖罚机制与毕业设计成绩挂钩。
According to the present situation of the graduation design of the higher vocational intelligence, the author analyzesthe reasons for the obsolete selection of the graduation design from the teacher, the student and the school level, and the reasons forthe lack of innovation and practicality, as well as the lack of effective process management and graduation design for the graduationdesign, and the unsound mechanism of the reward and punishment, and so on. Some suggestions for reform are put forward. In theaspect of graduation project selection, through deepening the integration of production and teaching, the graduation project selectiontime is set in the process of student work alternation and integration of production and teaching. The content of the topic is a valuable problem extracted, analyzed and excavated from the actual work, and these problems can be solved and can produce specific results througha period of time. In order to standardize the process management of graduation design, we put forward the processmanagement mechanism for opening report and online and offline. In the aspect of graduation design evaluation, we should achievestratification, and stipulate that there isa comparison between different levels of assessment standards. The grade of examinationshould be proportionate, and the process management should also have the requirement of reaching the standard. In view of these aspects, the real reward and punishment mechanism is linked to the graduation design achievement.
