摘要
通过叙事研究的方法对一名研究生从专业认同感、入学选择导师、科研论文写作、毕业流向问题等方面进行描述、诠释与反思。研究表明:研究生的迷茫是由其自身专业认同感低、选择导师"左顾右盼"、论文创作与发表难、自主择业途径单一等问题导致的。需要研究生明确专业培养目标并自我调整,学校方面应该从完善研究生选择导师制度、合理设置研究生科研论文写作课程、提高研究生实践技能等方面完善各项制度,通过切实有效的措施提高研究生培养质量。
Through the method of narrative research,we describe,interpret and reflect on a post graduate student from the aspects of professional identity,supervisor selecting; thesis writing; job finding. The research shows that the postgraduate's confusion is caused by the low professional identity,indecision of choosing the tutor,the difficulty of writing and publishing,and the single way of choosing a career. Therefore,it is necessary for graduate students to make clear professional training goals and adjust themselves. The school should improve the systems by perfecting the system of graduate students' selection of tutors,reasonably setting up the postgraduate scientific research thesis writing course and improving the graduate students' practical skills,so as to improve the quality of postgraduate training through effective measures.
