摘要
介绍了GB/T9443—2019《铸钢铸铁件渗透检测》和GB/T9444—2019《铸钢铸铁件磁粉检测》标准修订过程。分别在标准名称、范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、一般要求、验收准则、显示的分级与评定、复验、检测记录与报告、附录部分等方面介绍了修订标准与原标准内容的差异和修订原因,并根据新修订标准的内容分析了现标准与相关的ISO标准和其他国外标准的技术水平上差异及特点,并介绍了应用范围。
This paper introduces at length the GB/T9443-2019“Steel and iron castings-Liquid penetrant inspection”and GB/T9444—2019“Steel and iron castings-Magnetic particle inspection”standard revision process,and detailed discussion are conducted on the standard name,scope,normative reference documents,terms and definitions,general requirements,acceptance criteria,classification of the indications and interpretation of results,re-inspection,inspection records and reports,appendix and so on.The differences between the revised standards and the original standards and the reasons for the revisions are explained.The discrepancies and characteristics of the current standards and related ISO standards and other foreign standards are analyzed in detail according to the contents of the new revised standard.In addition,the application scope of this standard is also presented.
