摘要
分析了ZG15Cr1Mo1V钢阀体铸件裂纹产生的原因,从浇冒口的设置、局部冷铁、砂芯的退让性及控制浇注温度和浇注速度等方面着手,对铸钢工艺的方案进行了改进。实践证明,效果明显,基本消除ZG15Cr1Mo1V钢阀体铸件裂纹缺陷,大大提高了铸件质量及经济效益。
The reason causing the crack defect in ZG15Cr1Mo1V valve body casting was analyzed. According to the analysis results the casting technology was improved from aspects such as the design of gating and feeding system, setting up of local chilling, improvement of core collapsibility, control of pouring temperature and pouring speed, and so on. Finally, the crack in ZG15Cr1Mo1V valve body casting was eliminated and the casting quality and economic benefit were improved greatly.
