摘要
本文梳理了ISO标准中不同角度、对象、阶段等涉及的与建筑寿命相关的术语,并对其中几组术语进行概念辨析。在此基础上,与我国标准相关内容进行对比,提出采用建筑“设计寿命”和“服务寿命”术语、统一“部件的设计寿命”术语并建立建筑和部件“设计寿命”间关联、设置“建筑服务寿命规划”环节等建议,为相关标准的制修订提供参考。
This article attempts to sort out the building life-related terms in the ISO standards in different angles,objects and stages,and conceptually analyzes several groups of terms.On this basis,it compares them with the relevant content in Chinese standards,proposes several suggestions such as adopting the terms"design life"and"service life"of buildings,unifying the term"design life of components"and establishing the connection between"design life"of buildings and components,and setting up the"service life planning"link and to provide reference for the development and revision of relevant standards.
