考虑齿数变化的拉削系统非线性振动分析

摘要 针对拉削加工过程中参与切削刀齿数目的动态变化而导致的拉削力波动特征,建立理论计算模型并试验验证拉削力分析的结果。基于拉削力理论模型,建立含切削时滞效应的拉削加工系统非线性振动模型。利用平均法求解得到拉削系统的振幅和相位的分岔方程,分析系统参数对振幅响应的影响。分析结果表明阻尼比、非线性刚度的增大能够减小拉削时系统的振幅,而工件厚度和切削力系数增大会使响应振幅增大,振幅随时滞的变化规律具有周期性。最后通过近似解析解与数值仿真的对比验证方法的有效性。 According to the fluctuation characteristics of broaching force due to the tooth number variation in broaching process,a theoretical calculation model is established and the results of broaching force analysis are verified by testing.Based on the broaching force model,the nonlinear vibration model of the broaching system with time delay is established.The bifurcation equations of amplitude and phase of the broaching system are obtained by means of average method.The influence of system parameters on the vibration amplitude response are analyzed.The results show that the increase of damping ratio and nonlinear stiffness can reduce the amplitude of the broaching system,while the increase of workpiece thickness and cutting force coefficient can increase the response amplitude.And the amplitude varies periodically with time delay.Finally,the comparison between the approximate analytical solution and numerical simulation proves the effectiveness of this method.
