波纹度故障下低压转子系统的非线性动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对转子系统存在滚动轴承波纹度故障的问题,以某船用燃气轮机低压转子系统为研究对象,建立了轴承波纹度故障下的双跨三支承滚动轴承转子系统的动力学模型,并采用龙格库塔法对该系统的运动微分方程进行数值求解,研究了波纹度最大幅值和波纹度个数对系统的非线性动力学特性影响规律。结果表明:随着波纹度最大幅值的变化,系统逐渐进行周期四、周期二、一个混沌域和拟周期运动;当波纹度个数远小于或远大于滚动体个数时,系统进行单周期运动,当波纹度个数接近滚动体个数时,系统进行拟周期运动,特别是当波纹度个数是滚动体个数的整数倍时,系统的非线性动力学特性变得十分复杂。研究结果可以为滚动轴承的故障诊断提供一定的理论依据,降低轴承波纹度对低压转子系统非线性动力学特性的不良影响。 Aiming at the problem of rolling bearing waviness fault in rotor system,the low-pressure rotor system of a marine gas turbine is taken as the research object.The dynamic model of the double-spans three-rolling-bearings rotor system under the bearing waviness fault is established.The RungeKutta method is used to numerically solve the differential equation of the system.The influence of the maximum waviness amplitude and the number of waviness on the nonlinear dynamics of the system is studied.The results show that the system gradually performs period four,period two,a chaotic domain and quasi-periodic motion with the change of the maximum amplitude of waviness.When the number of waviness is much smaller than and much larger than the number of rolling elements,the system performs a single-cycle motion.When the number of waviness is close to the number of rolling elements,the system performs quasi-periodic motion.Especially when the number of waviness is an integer multiple of the rolling element,the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the system become complicated.The results provide a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis of rolling bearings,and reduce the adverse effect of waviness on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the low-pressure rotor system.
