摘要
针对渐开线花键拉削过程,建立了渐开线花键粗拉刀参数化模型,利用有限元方法对拉削切削过程进行数值模拟分析,获得拉削过程中刀具的应力、应变分布规律以及切屑形成过程及形态、切削过程中切削力变化规律、温度场分布,为拉刀设计优化和拉削工艺制定提供理论依据。
Based on the broaching process of the involute spline,the parametric model of the involute broach which is used for rough machining is established. Numerical simulation of broaching process is performed by FEA. The distribution of stress and strain of tool is obtained. At the same time, the chip shape and the forming process are gained. And the law of cutting force and the temperature field distribution are demonstrated in this paper. These results are theoretical basis for the design of broach and designing the broaching process.
