摘要
目的:分析实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)评价心肌梗死患者左心室收缩功能的可行性。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年7月我院收治的已确诊心肌梗死患者80例作为研究对象,对患者进行M型超声心动图、2DE的双平面Simpson法及RT-3DE检测,计算左心室射血分数(EF)和每搏量(SV);比较三种检测方法所得结果的差异,并进行相关性分析。结果:三种测定方法测定的左心室SV及EF的值存在显著性差异(P<0.05);SV及EF均值从大到小分别为M型超声心动图、2DE的双平面Simpson法成像及RT-3DE;与M型超声心动图测得的SV值相比,2DE的双平面Simpson法成像及RT-3DE测定的SV值显著减小(P<0.05);与2DE的双平面Simpson法成像测得的SV值相比,RT-3DE测定的SV值显著减小(P<0.05);与M型超声心动图测得的EF值相比,2DE的双平面Simpson法成像及RT-3DE测定的SV值显著减小(P<0.05);与2DE的双平面Simpson法成像测得的SV值相比,RT-3DE测定的SV值显著减小(P<0.05)。结论:在心肌梗死患者左心室收缩功能的测定中,RT-3DE在测定心肌梗死患者左心室收缩功能中准确度较高,可用于临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the feasibility of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE)in evaluation of left ventricular systolic function in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:Eighty patients with confirmed myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were selected as subjects.The patient underwent M-mode echocardiography,2DE biplane Simpson method and RT-3DE test to calculate left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)and stroke volume(SV).Compare the differences between the results of the three detection methods and perform correlation analysis.Results:There were significant differences in the values of left ventricular SV and EF measured by the three methods(P<0.05).The mean values of SV and EF were M-mode echocardiography,2DE biplane Simpson imaging and RT-3DE.Compared with the SV value measured by the two-plane Simpson method of 2DE,the SV value measured by RT-3DE was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the EF value measured by M-mode echocardiography,the SV value of 2DE biplane Simpson imaging and RT-3DE was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the SV value measured by the two-plane Simpson method of 2DE,the SV value measured by RT-3DE was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the determination of left ventricular systolic function in patients with myocardial infarction,RT-3DE has high accuracy in the determination of left ventricular systolic function in patients with myocardial infarction and can be used for clinical promotion.
