摘要
目的应用三维斑点追踪成像技术(3D-STI)评估急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者PCI术后半年左心室收缩功能。方法利用3D-STI技术检查,测量34例AMI患者左心室纵向应变(LS)、径向应变(RS)、圆周应变(CS)、面积应变(AS)、射血分数(EF),并与46例对照组(健康体检者)进行比较分析。结果急性心肌梗死组左心室LS,RS,CS,AS,EF明显低于对照组相同参数值,P <0. 05,差异有统计学意义。结论三维斑点追踪成像技术可无创、客观地评价左心室整体收缩功能,为评估左室收缩功能提供一种新方法,具有广泛的临床应用前景。
Objective To evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)six months after PCI by three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI).Methods The left ventricular longitudinal strain,radial strain,circumferential strain,area strain,ejection fraction and ejection fraction of 34 patients with AMI were measured by 3D-STI technique.The results were compared with those of 46healthy controls.Results The left ventricular LS,RS,CS,AS and EF were significantly lower in the acute myocardial infarction group than in the control group,P <0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion By measuring the three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging echniques can be noninvasive,the overall objectively evaluate the left ventricular systolic function,to evaluate left ventricular systolic function provides a new method,has wide prospect of clinical application.
