摘要
聚碳酸酯树脂在加工过程中会产生晶点过多的问题。分别选取了两种聚碳酸酯(PC)样品(无晶点A与有晶点B),通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、光学显微镜(LOM)剖析了聚碳酸酯A与B的组成的区别。结果表明:与聚碳酸酯A相比,聚碳酸酯B中高分子量的组分含量略高,且存在更多未进入GPC统计的大尺寸的不溶物颗粒,这些不溶物颗粒的主要成分仍为PC,是由分子链发生交联而形成的大分子难溶物。这些交联的大分子是造成晶点问题的重要原因。薄膜产品中晶点的存在会降低薄膜的光学性能,但并未对撕裂性能产生显著影响。
At present,polycarbonate resins have problems of excessive gel particles on thin film surface during processing.Two commercialized polycarbonate(PC)resins from different companies are selected,polycarbonate B is easier to produce gel particles while polycarbonate A is not.The differences of molecular chains between two kinds of PCs were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),infrared spectroscopy(IR),and optical microscope(LOM).The results show that,compared to polycarbonate A,the content of high molecular weight components in polycarbonate B is slightly higher;and polycarbonate B has more large-sized insoluble particles that are not counted in GPC statistics.The main component of these high molecular insoluble particles is still PC,formed by cross-linking of molecular chains.These crosslinked macromolecular chains are an important cause of the gel particles on film surface.The existence of gel particles of film products will reduce the optical properties of the film,but it does not have significant impact on the tearing performance.
