摘要
研究以丙交酯和异戊二烯为原料,先是将丙交酯开环成聚乳酸后,与一种三硫酯进行酯化,并以酯化后的聚乳酸作链转移试剂和异戊二烯进行RAFT聚合,从而合成出了几种不同分子量的PLA-b-PI嵌段共聚物。共聚物通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)进行了分析与表征。然后将其添加到聚乳酸和天然橡胶的混合物中,探究其增容增韧效果及热性能。
This paper used lactide and isoprene as raw materials.After lactide was ring-opened into polylactic acid,it was esterified with a trithioester.Then the esterified polylactic acid was used as a chain transfer reagent and isoprene Diene was subjected to RAFT polymerization to synthesize several PLA-b-PI block copolymers with different molecular weights.The copolymer was analyzed and characterized by gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR).Finally it was added to the mixture of polylactic acid and natural rubber to study its thermal stability,compatibility and toughening effect.
